IREC has been participated in the event of the Catalonia’s Hydrogen Valley where the Vice President of the Government of Catalonia and Minister of Economy and Finance, Pere Aragonès, who has highlighted that the Hydrogen Valley “is an example of the transformational projects that the country needs and a great opportunity to change the energy consumption model”.

Parc Tramuntana, floating offshore wind in northern Catalonia’s Gulf of Roses

Parc de Tramuntana Floating Offshore Wind Platforms project
Parc Tramuntana will be projected in the Gulf of Roses (Alt Empordà – Girona, Spain) and could become a world reference center. It will be contributing, as well, to the achievement of objectives in terms of renewables and CO2 emissions. In this sense, it would be one of the first Floating Offshore Wind Platforms in the Mediterranean, said by Prof. J.R. Morante.
